Celebrating 20 Years of Ent.Shed
In 2022 Ent.Shed reached an incredible milestone. Born from the hobby of the promoter, Michael Pipe’s Ent.Shed has been putting on music events for 20 years!
We are proud to have presented hundreds of gigs and hosted hundreds of artists over the past 20 years which is why we’ve decided to mark this point in Ent.Shed history with a 45-minute documentary.
The documentary includes short video clips of 30 acts from all over the world sharing their love and memories of the times they’ve had at the Ent.Shed and working with Michael. This is a totally unique insight into the last 20 years with messages, songs and a lot more.
We hope you enjoy the film journey and for those of you that have been long term supporters, we are sure you will know many of the acts. Some have gone on to worldwide fame and there’s even been a Grammy winner. However, they like everyone else in the music world, understand the importance of small, intermate, 100-seater music venues on their path to success and will never forget the grass roots.

I would like to thank all the artists and customers who have made the last 20 years possible. It’s been a long journey, one that’s not over yet, and I’ve had a great time being your host. Even with the closing of our original venue in 2020, it’s been amazing to able to continue promoting incredible talent but it wouldn’t have been possible without the rest of you music lovers, so thank you! There’s still plenty more to come!
